If you would like to have Case No information when using the Add-In feature in Outlook please do the following :
Turn off the preview pane by selecting View, Reading Pane, Off.
In the column Headers Right-Click and select Field Chooser.
Select CaseNo
If this does not appear on the list select Frequently Used at the top and change to User Defined
CaseNo should now appear, drag and drop this into the section of the headers where you wish this information to be displayed.
You may now activate the preview pane again, View, Reading Pane, and Choose your preference.
If you still cannot locate the CaseNo option you may need to manually add this by Right-Click and selecting Field Chooser, select Frequently Used at the top and changing this to User Defined, and then selecting New.
Enter the Title to be CaseNo and set this to be Numbers.
Select this option, drag and Drop as you wish to view.
If you find that the Case number is still not appearing please ensure that when Adding to the Case the tick box that is indicated at the bottom of the screen "Add Case number to Email" is selected.
