Please see the instructions below showing how to add an additional contact to an existing matter that resides at a different address:
The additional contact will need adding to your address book.
In FED click the File tab and click the tab on the left called New.
From there click Contact Wizard.
Progress through the New Contact Wizard entering the contact's details such as address, mobile number etc.
When the contact has been added to your address book you will need to open the matter in question, by using the Account search function under the Home tab.

Once the matter is open please see the instructions below to add the additional client:
Click the Edit tab and click the Client button.
In the Client Maintenance window click the Contacts tab.
Click the magnifying glass icon located in the red bar.
Enter the contact details to search for the client you wish to add.
In the search results highlight the contact in question and click the Select Contact button located top-left.
You will now see the contact has been added.
You can change which contact is the principal lead by clicking into the box in the Relationship Code column and selecting the relevant code in the drop-down. And then click into the same box for the contact you wish to make the principal lead.
When finished click the Apply and OK buttons.

You will then see in the Related Contacts box on the case overview screen the additional contact will appear.
