What's new?

Access Identity

Users with a valid Access Identity account can now seamlessly log in to Access Legal Fusion using Access Identity. Comprehensive details and guidance on leveraging this functionality will be provided shortly.

FAS Interim Billing – Date For

It is now possible to enter a ‘Date For’ when creating/editing a FAS interim claim. Previously, the system only allowed you to use today’s date, but now you can select the date that you wish to specify the claim is now for.

When creating the 1st interim claim on a matter than the earliest date that can be selected is the configured amount of months past the certificate date for the claim (usually 3). When creating subsequent interim claims on the same matter the minimum bill date that can be selected is the previous claims Date For.

When receipting the claim in the Assessed Claims Manager, the Date For will be the bill date for the receipt itself.

It is now also possible to view the Date For within the claims selection screen when clicking the ‘Billing & Costs’ button within the FED ribbon:
