Following our 23rd January communication about the new LAA Submit a Bulk Claim (SaBC) portal, we are aware that some test customers are experiencing submission rejections.

Some of the Access Legal Fusion generated submission files are being rejected by the LAA's new SaBC system.

The new portal validates data differently from the old CWA system.

This issue is also affecting other providers.

Our development team has prioritised this as critical and is investigating the cause. We are working to resolve this ahead of the 17th February submission deadline.

Do not attempt live submissions until we provide further guidance

Do not manually edit XML files.

Continue preparing your data as per our 23rd January guidance

If you experience rejections, contact support immediately with:

β€’ Screenshots of error messages

β€’ Details of rejected claims

β€’ Date and time of submission

If you successfully submit claims, please also report this to support - it helps us identify patterns.

Please raise a ticket with our support teams using the subject: "LAA SaBC Submission Issue"

We are fully aware of the 17th February deadline and are prioritising this investigation accordingly.
