Implemented the Legal Aid Agency's July 2026 changes to the Advocates' Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS):

The fixed fee for additional preparation has increased from £62 to £81.

The additional preparation fee has been extended to guilty plea cases.

The number of trial days required to qualify for a wasted preparation claim has been reduced from five to two.

Fixed an issue where the Crime Submission window erroneously displayed draft court duty and police station standby claims. These draft bills were never actually included in the submission, so they have been removed from the view to match the claims that are submitted.

Fixed a NULL error that could occur when producing a document that had time recording tasks/notes set against it.

Summary:
Fixed an issue where adding a document to a file in the Document Register using the "Add File" option (with the "Copy" option unticked) did not correctly handle file permissions, meaning only the user who added the document could access it. Added documents now have the correct permissions applied so they are accessible to other users.

Removed an error message that appeared when adding an email to a case where that email was itself an attachment to another email. This was related to the attachment being flagged as read-only when opened in Office 365.

Made changes to the Ledger Print report to alleviate the issue of the printer defaulting to PDF995.
