Occasionally, the Legal Aid Agency publishes a change to the contract and schedule references. You'll need to update Access Legal Fusion with the updated information to ensure your submissions aren't rejected.

Update the information in either Codes Maintenance or Billing Configuration.

β οΈImportant: You'll need an Administrator's Desktop license to do this and you need to ensure you have the updated contract/ schedule details to hand. You mustn't update the system until you've completed the submission for the month before the change comes into effect.
πNote: Access Codes Maintenance can be accessed via:
The Tools menu within Fee Earner Desktop
The Admin or System menu within Accounts Desktop
Directly from the Administrator's Desktop

Update in Codes Maintenance
Open Access Codes Maintenance then select Branches.
Double-click the branch then click the Legal Aid Details tab.
Enter the new references into the LSC Contract Number and/or LSC Schedule Number fields.
Repeat this for each branch that has a Legal Aid Criminal contract.
Update in Billing Configuration
Open Billing Configuration in the Administrators Desktop.
Click Legal Aid Postings.
Select the branch you wish to update then click Edit Branch.
Click the Legal Aid Details tab.
Enter the new reference into the LSC Contract Number and/or LSC Schedule Number fields.
Repeat this for each branch that has a Legal Aid Criminal Contract.
