Set Up User to Time Record

New user is not showing as a Fee Earner in Time Entry Recordings

If a user is going to be recording time in the Fee Earner Desktop, please make sure they are set up in the following areas to do so:

  1. From the Administrator Desktop, enter the User Manger.

  2. Highlight the User and select Edit User.

  3. In the Time Rec Tab, tick the box "This user Records Time"

  4. Select the Fees tab, make sure the box is ticked on "This fee earner is to have fees allocated to a nominal as part of the billing process".

  5. Then select the Add button for adding the Fee income nominal, this is if the nominal is already set up.

  6. If the Nominal is not already set up then select New and create the nominal first.
