Before you remove a question from the steps within your workflow, you need to ensure that it isn't used as a condition to other questions within the workflow.

If it is then these other questions may not be asked correctly further along as they're only asked based on an answer to the question that you're removing.

This could impact other areas of the workflow, for example, a conveyancing calculation or a letter that's produced based on paragraphs that can build a particular document.

  1. In Procedure File Maintenance click Setup.

  2. In Questions, select Question Library.

  3. Select the question code that you want to remove.

  4. Click Options then Question Whereabouts.

This lists all of the items that have conditions linked to them for the relevant question. To remove the question, you need to remove the condition from each item.

  5. To remove a condition, select the question then select Conditions.

  6. Select the relevant condition then click Delete.

Your workflow still operates correctly after the question is removed.

πŸ“ŒNote: The question remains in the question library so you can use it again at a later date. You shouldn't remove the question from the Question Library even if you're removing it from a workflow step in case it's already been answered in an existing case.
