Provided that the old user is set up correctly on your server, you can re-activate a closed user in the software for them to use their old profile again by following the steps below:
Go into the Administrator's Desktop.
Enter the User Manager.
Click View and select Show closed users.
You will then be able to locate the old user.
Click on their profile on the list so that they are highlighted in blue.
Click Open User on the right-hand side.
This will re-open the user, giving them the same access and privileges as they had before. You can then log in as this user.
πNote: If you removed licenses from the old user profile, you will need to add these back in the License Manager on the Administrator's Desktop.
