To solve this some options need setting up in the Administrator Desktop for the User follow the steps below:
Log into User Manager in the Administrator Desktop.
Highlight the correct User.
Click on the Edit User on the right side of the screen.
Select the tab called Fees.
Tick the box This fee earner attends court duty sessions.
Add a case number in the box below; you can either have an individual case for each fee earner or one case for everyone.
