Steps to Complete the Process

  1. Access the Administrator Desktop.

  2. Open User Manager and select the relevant user.

  3. Go to User Privileges menu.

  4. Access case management

  5. Select the Applicable Options, in this case, Allow user to create zip files .

  6. Ensure changes are saved by clicking the ok button (do not use the "X" button).
