Give access to the Administrators Desktop or User Manager

Permit another user to access the Administrator's Desktop or User Manager area, so it's not greyed out for them.

Please follow the instructions below to give another user access to the Administrators Desktop and User Manager.

Administrator desktop

  1. In the Fee Earner Desktop (FED) select the Admin tab.

  2. Click Administrators Desktop and in the new window open Licence Manager.

  3. In the drop-drop at the top-left, select the user you wish to give access to.

  4. Tick Administrators Desktop and then click Apply.

  5. Click OK.

User manager

  1. From the Administrator Desktop or the Admin tab, open User Manager.

  2. In the drop-down list, find the user and tick the check box next to their name.

  3. Click User Privileges and from the list open Access Privileges.

  4. In the list, check the tick box next to User Manager.

  5. Click Apply and then click OK.

πŸ€“Tip If the user is already logged in to Access Legal Fusion, ask them to close and re-open the software for the changes to take effect.
