Customise default categories in the out tray

Can I change the categories in the out tray?

If you wish to edit the default categories for a workflow, follow the below instructions:

  1. Open the Administrator's Desktop.

  2. Enter Procedure File Maintenance (PFM).

  3. Click into any workflow.

  4. Click on File > Edit Current Procedure.

  5. Click on the blue, Categories Maintenance link.

Within here, you can edit existing category layouts or create new ones. If you create a new one, you can assign it to any chart by following the above steps 1-4, then click on the drop-down next to the blue Categories Maintenance link and select which layout you prefer.
