Unlock the crime bill generation

If the crime bill is locked, you can easily unlock it with a few steps.

Please see the instructions below detailing how to unlock the bill:

  1. In the Fee Earner Desktop (FED) click the Admin tab.

  2. Open the Administrators Desktop and double-click the Reset Flags icon icon.

  3. In the new window, select all of the boxes then click OK.

  4. In the new window, click OK again then click Cancel.

You'll now be able to create the bill.
