If you are having issues with recording time on a particular workflow please check the following areas and correct if needed:
From the case please select Edit, Case
You will notice the " Case the Time Recording On "Please select this in order to time record on the case.
Test
If this change resolved the issue please make the following changes to the Workflow:
In Procedure File Maintenance highlight your workflow and select File, Edit Current Procedure
From the Main Tab, locate the Time Details button and set this as desired if currently set to None.
