Automatic Time Entry on Activities in a Procedure

Normally when I do attendance notes on a case , the automatic time recording box will pop up for me to enter but this is not happening now?

Automatic time recording for activities can be set up within a procedure so that this will add time to the case for all users who work in the procedure and meet the criteria set. To check or implement this please follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Administration Desktop select Procedure File Maintenance.

  2. Open up the Procedure.

  3. Select File, Edit Current Procedure.

  4. Select Time Details .

  5. From this screen you can view and edit automatic time set in the procedure , please note if you are adding to these you will need the activity code as well as who this is to be applied to based on the users role that is set up in the User Manger.

This will only affect the activities for the Trays for the case and not Attendance/Telephone time, this must be set on the individual matters opened under rate/charge.
