New User creation or removal of User

How to request the creation, reconfiguration, or removal of a user in Access Legal Fusion.

You must complete a form for all user requests. All requests should be sent to <a href="mailto:salesordersaccesslegal@theaccessgroup.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">salesordersaccesslegal@theaccessgroup.com</a> so that they can review and process any paperwork as required. They will then send the request on to the user admin team to action. The admin team will reach out to you to confirm receipt of the case and advise on the timeframe.

📌 Note: Once a request has been submitted to the user admin team, it can take 3 to 5 business days to be processed. To avoid any delays, please provide as much notice as possible when submitting your request.
