Get Support Faster: Your MyAccess Portal Experience Has Changed

We've improved how you access support in MyAccess Portal. From 24 March, all support requests raised through the portal now begin in the Access Digital Assistant - making it quicker and easier to get help.

What’s New

• A streamlined support journey directly within MyAccess Portal
• Faster responses with AI-powered assistance available 24/7
• Access to chat, help articles, and your existing support cases in one place

What You’ll Still Do

How you contact support remains familiar. Simply:

  1. Log in to MyAccess Portal

  2. Under Need Help? select Ask a question

  3. Click Access Legal Fusion to open the Digital Assistant

Why This Matters

These updates create a smoother, more integrated experience, helping you find the right answers and support options more quickly.

To learn more about the new support experience, visit our Help Centre.

Real-time system status in your Digital Assistant

We've added a live StatusHub widget to your digital assistant, so you can see real-time system status the moment you open the messenger icon - no need to navigate elsewhere or raise a ticket just to check if something is down.

The widget displays current operational status, any active incidents and upcoming scheduled maintenance at a glance. If there's a known issue, the assistant can also acknowledge it automatically using live data, so you get a relevant, timely response straight away.

Where to find it

Open the digital assistant and you'll see the status indicator near the top of the home screen. Green means all systems operational, and any active alerts will appear there too.

How to Set Outlook (Classic) for .msg files

If you want .msg files to open in Outlook (Classic) (instead of the new Outlook or another app), you can set the file association in Windows by changing the Opens with setting on a saved .msg file.

Risk & Compliance Monthly Training Sessions

Each month our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team run a training session on a key compliance topic based on the queries received into our compliance helpline, trends we are seeing in the sector or in our work with our customers.
